7. Compensation and retrieval for the Weekend Surprise Mission error
We've taken the following measures regarding the error in the January Week 1 weekend surprise mission.
※ Users Subject to Retrieval: Users who completed the Surprise Missions 2 times per day during the period and received the rewards.
※ Retrieval Details: All excess rewards beyond the intended amounts for each stage will be fully retrieved.
※ Retrieval Compensation: AP Supply (Excessive Participation 1 time: 40, 2 times: 80)
※ Users Eligible for Compensation: Users who played a Surprise Mission at least 1 time
※ Reward Details: All unclaimed rewards will be given after verifying the progress stage of each account
Additionally, as an apology to our Commanders for this issue, we plan to distribute the following compensation. to all accounts that participated in the Surprise Missions.

8. Known Issue: Unable to dye costumes correctly.
We've identified an issue where users can't dye a costume correctly when they have less than 5 Phatasmal Dye.
The issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on February 3rd, 2026.
9. Improvements and bug fixes
└ Fixed an anomaly where Aina's costume "New Year Aina" does not appear in the Private Room.
10. Suspension of cheating users
To maintain a fair gaming environment, we have taken action against accounts identified as engaging in cheating.
The following 71 accounts have been suspended as part of this measure.
Some accounts may be permanently banned depending on the severity of their infractions.
