The payment issue through Google Play, which occurred after October 11, 2023, has been resolved.
Currently, purchases on this platform have been confirmed to be working as expected.
As a follow-up measure for this error, we will extend the sales period of the following products by 1 week.
- October Special Pass
Original: Until October 24, 01:59 (UTC) → Updated: Until October 31, 01:59 (UTC)
- Silver Twilight Package
Original: Until October 31, 01:59 (UTC) → Updated: Until November 7, 01:59 (UTC)
※ The revised sales period will be implemented after the regular maintenance on October 17, 2023.
※ If you haven't received items from successful purchases made before October 16th, 2023 09:00 (UTC), please restart the game. If you haven't received the items even after restarting the game, please contact our customer support (support@gremorygames.com) with your User ID and the receipts including google order number (starts with GPA.), and we will resolve the problem promptly by refunding the purchases, or sending items you haven't received.
