After the scheduled maintenance on Nov. 19th, 2024, we have identified the following error.
- Users could not properly receive 'Event Gacha Tickets' upon completing Bonus Sections of the event 'Crusade of Hatred'.
(The gacha coins rewarded in Bonus Section 3 were distributed correctly.)
The problem has been successfully identified and resolved. For those currently logged in, we recommend restarting to apply the fix.
For commanders unable to claim the event gacha tickets, compensation will be sent sequentially by November, 23, 2024.
