On the Error of Unreceivable Item Displaying in Mailbox

We have noticed that an unreceivable item is displaying in the mailbox for 1,837 users who have logged in the game between the time period of 11:00 to 11:10, September 27th, 2021 (UTC).
We will resolve this error during the scheduled maintenance on September 28th, 2021 (UTC).
